Perched high on an escarpment overlooking the vast Mara plains, Saruni Eagle View offers spectacular views across the Mara Naboisho Conservancy. Recently reimagined to make the most of its elevated setting, the camp combines refined comfort with an intimate connection to the wilderness.
The camp’s position provides wonderful views of a salt lick and watering hole below, where wildlife regularly gathers. Ten raised Viewpoint Tents, including eight double tents and two spacious two-bedroom family tents, are designed to maximise the scenery while maintaining privacy and tranquillity.
Inside, raised canvas ceilings, earthy tones and crisp white linen create a calm and comfortable retreat. Each tent has a private en-suite bathroom with both an indoor and open-air shower, while elevated private decks provide uninterrupted views across the conservancy and the opportunity to watch wildlife without leaving your tent.
The redesigned communal areas are equally inviting, with relaxed lounging spaces overlooking the conservancy and a bar close at hand. Rather than simply being a base between game drives, Saruni Eagle View encourages guests to slow down and enjoy the landscape, whether over a morning coffee, a good book or an evening drink.
