Angama Safari Camp is a Luxury Mobile Safari Migration-Season Retreat in the Heart of the Masai Mara, Kenya.
Deep in the wild heart of Kenya’s Mara Triangle, Angama Safari Camp offers an intimate and exclusive take on the classic safari experience. Set in one of the best areas for witnessing the Great Migration between July and September, the camp puts you close to the action while retaining a sense of privacy, comfort and understated style.
Designed for just eight guests, the four spacious en-suite tents combine the romance of the Golden Age of safari with thoughtful modern comforts. Positioned to make the most of the light, breeze and sweeping views, each tent features an extra-king-size bed, dressing room, double bucket showers and separate WC, with wildlife and the Mara plains always close at hand.
The camp’s private team, including two dedicated safari guides, ensures a highly personalised experience, with no shared vehicles or fixed schedules. During Migration Season, its mobile nature allows the camp to follow the action, placing you in an excellent position for the famous Mara River crossings. With the camp inside the Mara Triangle, you can also enjoy longer game-viewing hours and return easily for lunch, a siesta or sunset drinks.
