Serengeti Safari Camp

Serengeti Safari Camp

An authentic mobile camp, Serengeti Safari Camp follows Calving Season and the Great Migration through South and North Tanzania.

Serengeti Safari Camp is a mobile tented camp that moves with the rhythm of the Great Wildebeest Migration across Tanzania’s iconic Serengeti National Park. From the dramatic river crossings in the north to the calving grounds of the southern plains, this intimate camp offers front-row seats to one of nature’s greatest spectacles.

With just six canvas tents, bucket showers, and an open-air mess area, the camp delivers all the charm and character of a traditional safari, without unnecessary frills. It’s designed for those who want to experience the Serengeti as early adventurers once did—up close, authentic, and immersed in the wild.

Highly trained naturalist guides bring the ecosystem to life, offering a deep and educated perspective on everything from lion prides and cheetah hunts to dung beetles and bee-eaters. Whether it’s witnessing a river crossing or the birth of wildebeest calves during calving season, every day offers something remarkable.

The camp is open year-round, relocating several times a year to stay within reach of the herds. While nature’s timing can never be guaranteed, the Serengeti always delivers unforgettable moments for those who seek them.
