Flatdogs Camp

The lovely owners of Flatdogs, pride themselves on making this premier Zambian safari destination accessible to like-minded people by affording affordable, yet wonderfully comfortable accommodation. 

The camp is made up of:

1. 7 Safari Tents - including a Honeymoon Tent and a Family Tent

2. Chalets - sleeping 4-6 people, perfect for families or small groups of friends. 

3. Jackalberry House - exciting open air 2-bedroom treehouse overlooking the waterhole.

4. Crodile Nest - Tented house for groups of 4-6 people, with private pool, dining and deck areas, creating an exclusive safari experience. 

Flatdogs is unique in many ways, one of which is their dining options. There are no set menus or meal times here! There are daily specials which can be joined under the thatch in the courtyard, in the garden area or looking out over the river. 

The philosphy of this wonderful camp is creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, with the very best safari guides who fully appreciate the wildlife haven and the whole ecology of the park. Through supporting the local community, they have built up a loyal following over 20+ years and offer a safari stay which many return to year in year out. Oh, and you won't find any gold taps here!
